How we work

Request and Pickup

You can contact our customer services by calling the contact numbers listed, directly, or you can send us a text message via WhatsApp, requesting cleaning services for the carpet(s) in your property.
As soon as we receive your text message or call, we will contact you and let you know the steps to take to have your carpet cleaned.
After receiving the carpet cleaning request from the customer, we determine a convenient date and time to pick up the carpet at the customer's home.
The pick-up service is free of charge.

Cleaning

The collected carpets are transported by our means to our facilities. Upon receipt they are inspected to determine the degree and nature of dirt or existing stains. In the event that they need to be restored for any reason and before proceeding to clean the carpets, we will contact the customer.

After this first step we proceed to clean the carpets using a combination of manual cleaning with water and special products and shampoos, and the use of state-of-the-art machinery to ensure optimal cleaning and quality.

Drying

The washed carpets are placed in tube centrifuges to eliminate water residues as a first step for drying, which is complemented by exposing them to drying chambers and exposure to the sun. The carpets are then brushed and placed in airtight chambers to receive mothproofing treatment, should the condition of the carpet require it.

Packaging and Delivery

Once dry, the carpets are placed in micro-perforated plastic bags, ready for delivery. Our technicians contact the customer in advance and arrange a date and time for the delivery of the carpet(s) to the home or address indicated by the customer. Remember, pick-up and delivery services are free of charge.

⭐ Can you clean any kind of stains and soiling on the carpet?

The answer is yes. However, when we receive the carpet, our technicians perform a detailed inspection and if they discover any problems before proceeding with cleaning we contact the customer to explain the nature of the existing stains and the possibility that there may be traces of this stain remaining after cleaning, although this occurs less than 5% of all carpets we clean.

⭐ Can you clean any type of carpets, both synthetic and wool and silk, i.e. handmade carpets?

Indeed, we clean any type of carpets both handmade and synthetic carpets. We simply treat in different ways using different methodologies so as not to damage the more sensitive fibers such as silk.

⭐ How long does it take to clean the carpets in my house?

The entire washing and drying process can take about two weeks approximately. Although this will depend on the time of year and the weather at the time. In warmer seasons carpets dry more quickly.

⭐ How much does it cost to clean my dining room wool carpet?

When you contact our call center, our technicians will ask you for a series of data such as photos of the carpet to determine its origin, the material with which it is made and the measurements of the carpet, in order to make an accurate estimate.

⭐ Who is in charge of picking up and bringing back the carpets I want to clean?

Centauro carpet cleaning is the one who picks up and brings back to your home the cleaned carpets. Remember that this service, both pickup and delivery is free of charge.

⭐Is it possible to store my carpets in your facilities, since we will be away on vacation?

Yes. We have dedicated carpet storage spaces within our facilities. The customer has to specify if he/she wants to enjoy this service at the moment of ordering the cleaning of his/her carpets. Please ask for prices.
